Due to a global increase in the supply cost of green beans we've had to increase our cost of roasted coffee.

CRAFTED ROASTED COFFEE

WHY MINERVA

Minerva was the Roman Goddess of Wisdom and Crafts and her symbol is the ‘Owl of Minerva’.

Coffee roasting is a craft. It takes a coffee roaster years of research to understand the technical chemical process of roasting coffee and the skill to develop and sustain a roast profile that produces consistently flavoursome coffee beans every single time.

Minerva Coffee has figured it all out so all you need to do is use our beans in your grinder and let your coffee machine make the perfect espresso. You’ll notice the delicious crema every time.

Minerva Specialty Coffee Roasters

OUR BLEND

At Minerva Coffee, we have one blend of coffee bean.

Our signature Cremalux® blend strikes the perfect balance for a robust and rich flavour profile that adapts well for all espresso and milk based coffees made across any type of espresso  machine.

We believe you should not need 10 blends of beans to make 10 kinds of coffee drinks. Keep it simple: one great blend is all you need. See our FAQs & Tips page for how you can improve or change the taste of your morning fix.

We use a blend of arabica and robusta beans sourced from Brazil, Papua New Guinea, Columbia, Ethiopia and Kenya. Where possible, our green coffee beans are ethically sourced from mountain and estate grown farms in these regions. Our coffee beans are medium roasted. This means they are not over-roasted to the point they produce a bitter flavour; and they are not under-roasted, which will produce an acidic flavour. A bit like baby bear’s porridge, Minerva Coffee beans are roasted just right!
